Samsung adds second 5 mega-pixel camera phone
Permalink: Samsung adds second 5 mega-pixel camera phone

Just two weeks after the launch of the Samsung SGH-G600 5 mega-pixel camera phone, details are emerging of the company’s second 5 mega-pixel offering - the SGH-G800.
The SGH-G800 is packed with features including a 3x optical zoom, Xenon flash, a large 2.4in QVGA screen, HSDPA connectivity, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0 and a microSD expansion slot.
The device is on the large size at 4 x 2 x 0.66 inches, but this seems a good trade-off against all this functionality.
Samsung hasn’t revealed a release date for the G800, but it is tipped to be available sometime this year.
