Orange UK launches SPV E650

Orange UK recently launched the SPV E650 smartphone - the first Windows Mobile 6.0 device on the UK market.

The phone is manufactured by HTC and features WiFi and EDGE connectivity.

It has a 2.5in screen, with 240 x 320 resolution and 65,000 colours. A mirrored frame surrounds the screen and the keypad, providing a stylish touch to the device.

The Home, Back, Call and End buttons form part of the mirrored surround while the rest of the keypad is finished in matt black, with a blue backlight to the keys which can be switched off when not needed.

A four-way navigation pad features a centre select button, along with two soft buttons on either side.

The front of the phone slides open to reveal a full qwerty keyboard and the screen automatically switches from portrait to landscape mode.
