T-Mobile is offering the Samsung U900 Soul multi-media phone in the UK, on its minimum term contract.

The phone, which is the most advanced of Samsung’s Ultra Edition range, has a 2.2 inch QVGA TFT LCD display and a Touch Navigation pad.

Although Soul’s full metal body is packed with features the stylish phone is just 12.9mm thick.

It features a 5 mega pixel camera with built-in Power LED flash, image stabiliser, 4x digital zoom and face detection technology.

On the music side there is an MP3 Player which supports MP3, eAAC+, midi, melody,wav and mmf file formats, and an FM Stereo Radio with Bang & Olufsen patented ICE power technology for high sound quality.

The Quad Band GSM phone provides GPRS support, HSDPA connectivity, Bluetooth v2.0 with A2DP stereo support and USB connectivity options.

A pay-as-you-go version of the phone is expected soon from T-Mobile, and the model is also expected to appear on other UK networks. It is also being launched in France and Germany.
