LG Electronics will demonstrate its ‘Viewty’ 5.1 million pixel camera phone at IFA 2007, which will be held in Berlin from August 31 to September 5, prior to the phone’s launch in Europe in October.
The 5.1 million pixel camera is equipped with Schneider-Kreuznach optics, both manual and auto focus, and can record video at an impressive 120 frames per second.
It also features Image Stabilizer technology which reduces the effect of shaking and ‘Smart-Light’, an ISO800 certified feature which helps users take bright and clear images in the dark.
The phone has a full QVGA touchscreen display, HSDPA, 170MB of internal memory, and a built-in music player.
A stylus pen attached to the phone and an embedded program allows users to add letters or marks to the photo images on the screen, and edit them.
Pricing details are not yet available.
