PNY Technologies has unveiled plans to give away a free EA game to its customers.

All phones on its network will be compatible with the available game.

The idea behind the giveaway is to promote the concept of using phones for other applications, not just voice calls and text.

They are also using it to promote their Micro SD card, which they claim gives a high quality gaming experience.

There will be a number of EA games for customers to choose from, which they consider will further promote mobile phone gaming as a concept that many have yet to embrace.

PNY has already delved into the world of mobile phone gaming, with several previous promotions that saw bundling of well known games, including Brain Challenge + micro SD 1GB/ 2GB; Rayman and the Raving Rabbits+ micro SD 1GB/ 2GB.

With one of the PNY cards installed on their mobile, customers can easily access the entire catalogue of EA games.

They select the game that they want and download it into the phone.

Customers will need a wap connection to use the service, which only requires that they tap in the code they will find on the card packaging.
