Licensing Agency adopts ALLmobile from GoHello
The Licensing Agency, a marketing agency which specialises in digital content, has replaced its existing telephone system with GoHello’s ALLmobile system.

The Licensing Agency previously used an inbound call management service, which clocked up high charges when calls were diverted to mobiles and office landlines.

As it was a pre-paid service, it also had to be topped up regularly or else the phone system became unavailable.

GoHello allowed the Licensing Agency to keep its 0208 switchboard number, while providing each employee with their own extension.

Calls are routed directly to employee’s mobiles at no cost, while it appears to the caller that they are calling a fixed-line number.

GoHell claims that the system is more reliable than VoIP, while still proving cost savings and advanced functionality.

It is available for a monthly fee per user, with no tie-ins, and can be set up in-house.

It is delivered over the Internet, with calls originated and terminated on employees’ mobiles, while receptionists handle calls using a web based switchboard.

GoHello has offices in London, Copenhagen and Prague.
