ShoZu and Facebook partner for new service

ShoZu has launched a new service in partnership with Facebook, the popular social networking site.

Facebook members with ShoZu-enabled camera phones can now directly transfer photos and related text from their phone to their Facebook profiles with the press of a button.

The service eliminates complex navigation sequences or the delay associated with waiting to sync photos to a PC.

ShoZu has also created a Facebook application called ‘Photo Status’ which allows photos to be shared on a near real-time basis.

When a photo is sent to a user’s Flickr account via ShoZu, the service also sends the photo to the same user’s Facebook profile.

ShoZu can be downloaded free of charge to more than 200 handset models from www.shozu.com.

Facebook users can add the Photo Status application at http://apps.facebook.com/photostatus.
