World’s smallest mobile phone available in UK

Haier’s Elegance, the world’s smallest mobile phone, is now available in the UK.

The curvy, black phone, which has a pearl-effect finish, measures just 9.1 x 3.5 x 1.8cm and weighs a mere 64g.

It’s not short of features though and includes a tri-band GSM cellular link, FM radio, MP3 player, 1.1in, 96 x 96 OLED screen, 128MB of on-board memory, Bluetooth 1.2 and wireless stereo support.

The built-in battery provides three hours’ talk time and the memory is expandable using Micro SD cards.

The Elegance is priced at around £165 from UK suppliers.
