E Ten’s Glofiish X800 PDA won a ‘Best Choice’ award at Computex 2007.
The X800 is the first Glofiish Pocket PC to feature HSDPA. It also has a front facing camera for video calling, GPS support via the built-in SiRF Star III chipset, Wi-Fi, and a high-resolution VGA screen.
250MB of flash ROM and 64MB of SDRAM is provided and this can be expanded via a standard Micro-SD slot.
The device also features a 2.0 Megapixel Auto-Focus camera and Bluetooth connectivity.
The slim PDA is powered with a Samsung SC3 2442 processor, which runs at 500MHz. The operating system is Windows Mobile 6. The device measures just 15.8mm thick.
Major UK companies are expected to stock the Glofiish X800 but it won’t be available until towards the end of the year.
