New LG Shine KE770 launches in Russia

LG has announced the KE770 Shine phone in Moscow, prior to its debut in Russia in May.

The handset, at 9.9mm, is thinner than previous Shine models, but the phone has a similar specification.

It features a 262k colour, 240 x 320 display, megapixel camera with auto-focus; Bluetooth standard; up to 50MB of user-accessible memory and a Micro SD slot for up to 2GB of add-in storage space.

No date has been released for the release of the non-slider device, which is known as Shine Bar, outside Russia.

LG is planning a 3G version of the slider Shine, which was released in Europe in February, while a clamshell version is being released in South Korea.
