Despite the tiny size of UTStarcomm Inc’s CDM8935 phone - less than four cubic inches and less than three ounches in weight - it is equipped with a CMOS 310K camera and a 1.5″ 262K color TFT display.

The device is one of the smallest wireless CDMA camera phones in North America and fits easily into the palm of a hand.

The clamshell-style phone includes a CMOS 310K camera, 1.5-inch 262K Color TFT (128 x 128) main display screen and one-inch 65K Color CSTN (96 x 64) exterior display.

It also features a built-in speakerphone, voice-activated dialing, CMX 32 polyphonic ringtones and support many popular audio formats including MIDI, SP-MIDI, PMD, QCP-13K, EVRC, I-MELODY and MP3 and image formats such as JPG, GIF, Animated-GIF, BMP, WBMP, PNG and BCI.

The CDM8935 supports text messaging, Enhanced Message Service and Multimedia Message Service.

It has 16 MB Flash/8 MB Ram and can store up to 500 phone book entries.
