Nokia has unveiled its Prism collection of phones including the 7500 and the 7900 handsets.
The distinctive phones feature a diamond-cut design and angled lines and are available in new colours.
The Nokia 7900 Prism has a liquorice-black front and an anodised aluminium backcover.
The battery-saving LED main display offers 16 million colours, and features ‘living wallpaper’, which changes in response to time of day, battery and signal strength.
Users have a choice of 49 illumination colours which radiate from under the key-mat.
The quad-band 3G 7900 also has a 2 megapixel camera and 1GB of internal storage space.
The 7500 Prism also offers the same black exterior as the 7900 and can be decorated with interchangeable colour plates. It also has a 2 megapixel camera and can record videos. The 7500 has no internal storage, but will accept 2GB microSD cards.
Both phones will be available in Europe in the third quarter of 2007. The Nokia 7900 will cost €400, and the Nokia 7500 will cost €210.
