Super Happy Fun Fun has launched the 3D Tilt-a-World game on Verizon VCAST mobile phones. 3D Tilt-a-World is the first game to use GestureTek’s EyeMobile Engine technology which enables developers to use a phone’s camera for motion-controlled gaming.

The game features several polygonal mazes for gamers to roll their ball through and is similar to Marble Blast Ultra from GarageGames or Sega’s Super Monkey Ball franchise. 3D Tilt-a-World has secured a place in the finals of BREW 2006 Developer Awards, in the “Best Up and Coming Application” category. It has also been nominated for the 2006 International Mobile Gaming Awards.

GestureTek’s Video Gesture Control technology has been licensed to Microsoft for use with the Xbox Live Vision Camera, and SCEA’s EyeToy. The technology is a software solution and no additional hardware is necessary.

Mr Pierce was also the game’s designer.
