Sony Ericsson is launching the W51S mobile phone in Japan.
The flip-out, clamshell design has a matt front in either black, silver or pink, with three Organic Light Emitting Device (OLED) icons to indicate an incoming call, email or alarm.
The phone features a 2.7-inch display with a 16:9 widescreen which uses RealityMAX technology to enhance picture quality. The phone also features a 2-megapixel camera, 120MB of internal memory, IrDA and a Pro Duo expansion slot.
The W51S measures 105 × 48 × 19.3 mm, and has 210 minutes talk time and 270 hours standby time.
The phone is ideal for anyone concerned about security as users can remotely lock and delete data on the handset over the web.
Pricing, release dates and information on UK availability have yet to be announced.
