According to a German tech website Adidas and Samsung are to launch a new sports phone, the SGH-F110.
The 2-megapixel camera phone will be Adidas branded and will be geared towards fitness enthusiasts with a heart-rate monitor, calorie counter and stepometer.
There are also rumours of a special voice-coach feature to provide encouragement during workouts and a multi-format MP3 player with an option to match a playlist to a particular workout.
Other features include an FM radio and MicroSD memory card support. The device is quad-band EDGE enabled and has USB 2.0 and stereo Bluetooth connectivity.
Release dates and pricing details have not yet been released.
