LG KC550 5-Megapixel Camera Phone

Admit it, not all of us can afford those overly huge and expensive camera phones in the market. No matter how hard we fantasize of someday getting one of those Nokia N82’s, SE K850i’s or those Samsung G800’s, our finances would always pull us back to reality. But who can blame those manufacturers? Given all the technology packed into these devices, you would of course expect these range of prices.
Well, if you are strapped for cash and would still want to get your hands on a 5-Megapixel phone, then you should check out LG’s KC550 5-Megapixel camera phone. It doesn’t have all the jazz and the flash of phones such as the N82, K850i or the G800, but it can get the job done. The best part of this, its a lot more inexpensive than the phone mentioned above.
So let’s take a look at what the KC550 can do. Of course we know that it is a cheap (not really cheap, but a lot cheaper than others) phone, so we expect it to feature a lot less functionalities than the other expensive handsets in the market. Well, rightly so. The KC550 does not have a 3G or Wi-Fi. But what it does have is, as mentioned, a 5-megapixel camera that takes good shots in daylight. I said daylight since it only has an LED photo light that makes taking pictures in the dark/low light not as good as when you take pictures with the natural lighting from the sun.
Other things worth mentioning is its keypad which performs pretty well, no complaints there. The keypad is easy to use, and the screen is large enough to prevent unattractive squinting. Overall it’s a pretty, well-built phone. Its not as bulky as the G800 and not as huge as the K850i.
